firstly the male staff kept touching his face non stop then food then touching nose then food so pointless wearing gloves.
ordered online and the app stated free upgrade for a footlong sub and free cookie. when making 1 of the sandwhiches i stated should be a footlong the rude female stated no it says 6inch on the reciept i mentioned it twice more she refused to do anything about it saying too.late ect. i then brought my partner in as he ordered it and she stated to him you need to be instore for that upgrade which isnt true and also they gave the free cookie but not upgrade.
The chicken tikka had hardly any chicken on. and didnt really want to eat after seing the guy constantly touching his face very off putting dont want dead skin on food?

Visit on Saturday morning, 13th July, I'm ordering 2 footlong and one 6 inch. And the lady brings 1 foot long and 1 6inch, I try to tell her I order 2 footlong, then she starts to anger to me. I need to leave my order back, I don't want to eat angered sandwiches in the morning. I've never been back again. If you don't like your job so just chances it, if you stay, please respect your Jobs

Went in yesterday at 1630hrs. Tried to order coffee. Not for the first time staff had closed down the coffee machine and excused themselves by saying they were cleaning the machine in prep for closing. I asked why they did this and the staff member said I was being rude. I certainly wasn't and had just asked why as this seems to be a regular occurrence.
My question:why can't you place a sign telling customers that the machine shuts early? Quite simple really.
As we all know when you need coffee you need it!!
Garstang has numerous coffee shops. One less customer for Subway.
Whoever is the franchise owner I would take note! Lady that served or didn't had ginger hair.

Extremely rude Manager! I was a regular local business spending around £50 per week on lunches for our staff, had a really bad experience today in store, I will definitely not be returning and I would advise anyone else to think about coming to this store in the future.
