“Let me start by saying that I don't usually leave reviews, but the customer service I received today made me feel the need.I was in a bit of a sticky situation, new to the area with a car intermittently failing, every garage local was booked up for weeks including LBT Motors. I explained my situation to Liz and she offered to have a quick look at it if I popped down after work.Todd had a look at it and pretty quickly diagnosed the problem... they then offered to price it up and book the job in despite the high workload already.Honestly a saviour. This will be my local garage of choice from now on.”
