We came in for lunch a few weeks ago as we had seen someone recommended this place as being accommodating for vegans. I am not a vegan but my friend who was visiting me is and let me correct the advice I heard ? this place is NOT suitable for vegans and in fact the grown adult staff were rude to my friend?s face, pulling faces and huffing not once but twice when she asked very politely about what was on offer. My friend acquiesced to them and we did eat there but honestly I wish we hadn?t. Don?t be rude to your polite customers.
Other than that the food was fine.

Both had Sunday lunch menu. Service excellent, prices reasonable and most importantly the food was delicious. Will certainly go again to this lovely bistro.

Went into Cobblers today. I ordered the pie, it was bought in and had been heated in the microwave and, therefore, the pastry was soft and just awful, the tea was so weak that we sent it back, and declined the offer of a replacement My wife had a cheese sandwich, it was made from pre sliced, bought in cheese, very bland. I would not use again.

My husband and I visited today for lunch having previously visited for coffee and cake.The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I had a cappuccino and a OH had hot chocolate whilst we waited for our food order. Both drinks were piping hot which cannot be said for other establishments. I had pie of the day, steak, with buttered carrots, pot of gravy and a serving of chunky chips and OH chose the curry with chicken. We were very pleased with our choices. Will certainly be back again, even if it's just to try out the desserts!

A lovely café. The food was excellent and it's dog friendly. Service was a bit slow and they did bring the wrong meal for me but would still go back.
