A lovely old pub with friendly staff and decent food. We've eaten here before and enjoyed it then too. Nothing complicated or fussy, sometimes that's all you need.

Great pub with a large outdoor seating area, which is a sun trap and opposite the main northern railway line. The pub offers a good selection of beer, wines and spirits to choose from.
