Richard was as good as his word. Got a super little car value for money with great service. Couple of things like timing belt was due and they included doing that in with the cost of the car and extended the warranty too. Despite having a very busy schedule and staff on holiday he still managed to get everything done and ready within a week for me! Definitely worth a visit!

I called into the forecourt in the early evening needing some assistance with my car before a long journey home and although the garage was closed, the member of staff on site was willing to help and didn't charge a penny for his time. Excellent, friendly professional service and we were truly appreciative of his help.

Excellent service. Previously had work done by this garage and this has all been done to an excellent standard. On one recent occasion, I had an issue with a product which was fitted to my vehicle and failed to which, as far as I am aware, no blame could be placed on the mechanic. Complex situation but all expenses were covered which exceeded my expectations. Owner went out of their way to help me out. Think it is important to recognise good service when delivered which more often is not the case.Service: Transmission

Candid mechanic professional. Well written reports on what have been done with your car. Spends time with customers.I had a bad experience with another dealer with being sold a faulty vehicle. But then, Bailrigg Motors provided me with candid feedback and although they could have made money out of me they advised me appropriately on what to do next. And their diagnosis was on spot!

5 stars is not enough. I would like to rate this place even more. I called as i had an issue with my car and they accepted to see me without appointment, checked the car to make sure i don't lose oil and i went on my way. Nowadays i think it's getting harder and harder to find nice people, or humans how i like to call them but, the guy who was there on the 10th of august is the best guy there is. God bless you and wish you all the best.
