Why have a list of services online if you don?t actually offer them? Booked in for a service & received a confirmation email, to then turn up for the appointment only to be refused because the service isn?t available anymore? Waste of time, go somewhere else.

Called in today on the off chance of speaking to the pharmacist. He was in with a client so a member of staff took my details and contact no for him to contact me later. Within one hour I was seen by him. What a wonderful pharmacy. The Pharmacist and staff were incredibly helpful and polite. I will definitely be using this pharmacy regularly in the future. Thank you all so much!

New Automated system no one answers the phone rang at 9.30am

This is about the phone call service, which is appalling. I called several times and nobody answered. In one occasion I have been waiting for more than an hour. I think this is unacceptable

My wife called 111 today as our daughter has had a high temperature for 48 hours. We was advised to go to our local pharmacy who can check our daughter over to spot any obvious. Our local pharmacy refused to check her over and was only willing to check my 4 year old if there was a referral from the doctors.
We then went to the pharmacy in asda Fulwood. My daughter was seen straight away by a pharmacist who straight away spotted tonsillitis. It's ashame my local pharmacy couldn't do this for us especially as we've been supporting them for years.

I can?t praise this pharmacy and its staff enough. I was registered with a much larger chemist chain but was always being let down by them because very often they couldn?t get items on my prescription. No such problem here - it?s fulfilled every time and that has taken away a lot of worry. Not only that,but the staff are professional and are a credit to their employer.(Have to say,I?m a little bit confused by a negative review on here - it doesn?t sound like we?re talking about the same place!!)
