The shop is always dirty, cardboard and receipts all over the floor. The manager is very rude, I'd take your money elsewhere.

Terrible service. Two young people running the shop, manager nowhere to be seen. Unable to collect my parcel twice now because they don?t know what they are doing. Really poor customer service, they have definitely lost my service!

No Evri pickup after 7pm. Although they will say this is Evri's issue, it's clearly their choice. I opted for a store delivery, rather than home because I was out all day. If you can't get Evri to show this information clearly (as your store manager confirmed) then don't partner with them. Otherwise staff are usually helpful and friendly.

I asked my 12 year daughter to pick me some yougurt from one stop. The staff did not allow her to go in because it was busy and made her wait outside 20 min in the end she gave up. They only allowed adults to go inside. She was on her own not as if she was with a big gang of friends. Really disappointed with one stop?.

Can the management of this store please respond to my review with a way I can contact your store. I ordered through deliveroo and you accidentally gave me two tobaccos instead of the just one that i paid for. No complaints as it would have been a free pouch but you're going to be down on your next stocktaking so I wish to send you the funds for the one added in error. Don't want anyone getting into any trouble so thought best to get in contact. Please let me know how to send you the funds.

Rude staff. An item sold via Vinted taken as part of the Evri service. Staff reluctant to sign the receipt (to prove drop off) with date & number of parcels. Left the package to one side. Lots of eye rolling & sense that we had caused them to have to do something. When no tracking was found returned two days later to ask if they could check if the item had been added to the collection. No engagement. Needless to say I won't be returning here.Not my first poor experience here.

Staff are always so rude. Always closed around 8am when it advertises that it opens at 7. I asked someone to serve me and she sighed as if I had ruined her day. The stock in there is also really bad. ??

Absolute rubbish went here for a phone top up the person that served me was so rude I went on Friday the 21 Jan at 11.15 am when I got home the top up did not work I had no come back no receipt what a scam DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALLCOST no eye contact just VERY BAD SERVICE

Really good selection of products compared to other similarly sized convenience stores. They even had randoms foamies which I've been looking for forever! I've only put four stars due to the hectic car parking facilities which involve backing out onto a main road. However the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again. Oh I forgot the mention that the prices are really reasonable aswell.
