Manager entered into full blown row with customer in front of me. Shouting into each other?s faces. Really loud. Went on for some considerable time. Really frightening for customers. Manager should not have behaved like this regardless of issue. Should have been dealt with professionally. Manager allowed his ego to take over. Some training required. 15/11/2024. 10am. Ruined my visit. Will not visit again.

Legend of a guy at costa so happy and energetic made me feel better just walking in, i dont know his name but lovely muslim man brightened my day not going to dob him in or anything.
But thanks for the fantastic service and a great pick me up before going for my physiotherapy made my day mate defo reccomend if you want someone a great coffee and friendliest service ive had anywhere thank you m8?

Loved the location - not too busy and great seating space to work/study.
The manager is training a new team and politely asked us to be patient with his team members. Lovely customer service and atmosphere, and amazing coffee! Will definitely visit again :)

I visited the cafe this afternoon with my granddaughter. The time was about 4.45pm. I was told they closed at 5.00pm. We only wanted milkshake, brownie and bottle water. So we sat inside as the tables had all been brought inside ready for closing. Dead on 5.00pm we were told to leave. There was two members of staff there and both were unfriendly and reluctant to serve us.
If an establishment has a closing time, then surely you put up the closed sign and that's last orders but customers are not shunned out the door before they have finished.
My husband and I have both been in catering, cafes and restaurants but we never took this regimental attitude.

The whole family went for a walk to the park, then to the playground or the library, and afterwards, we stopped by Costa Coffee nearby and ordered something to eat and drink. I highly recommend it!
