Horrible shock to get a £100 fine for parking at Booths. Visited the cafe and shopped, assuming we had 2 hours free parking. What a greedy company Parkingeye is to charge that amount of money. We were 13 mins late. I?m surprised at Booths. I thought they valued their customers more highly.

Be careful with the time using the car park. You either buy or eat. But not both. You may not finish before 60 minutes.

Opens at 9:30am on a Sunday but you can't buy anything until 10am, didn't know it was 1939.

Well stocked but desperately slow staff. Service is also poor with staff members more interested in continuing their conversations with each other. Checkouts are also very slow. Please bring back self service options

Beware. I?ve been a consistent customer of Booths for over 20 years. I recently visited the Fulwood store, including the cafe where I put my car reg in and later received a £100 parking fine! I should have been entitled to 2 hours parking which quite frankly they should be given anyway since they encourage you to be slow! No self service tills, promotions which don?t register which you then have to visit the customer service till to sort out. This problem has occurred to others too and it?s possibly a glitch as I noticed the card reader etc in the cafe is old and slow. It?s not like there isn?t plenty of healthy competition to maybe time to say bye to Booths!

I sometimes work at the hospital and whilst this isn't my favourite Booths it almost always has everything I need.

Great n typical booth store... But there is strong smell of meat products as soon as you enter the store, off putting many people... Had to leave the store before I could get anything..
