The shop has an excellent range of products at an okay price. They have always had everything i was looking for stocked on the shelves, which is a bonus for me.The key problems with this shop: It is located in a low socioeconomic status which makes the clients in the shop not so friendly. The shop staff are clearly from the are, with very little staff that are friendly and nice to customers like me. The staff do not like me collecting parcels and always kick up a fuss about wanting to go in the back and find my parcel. I have not long bought my house in the local area and since being here, i can clearly see the shop staff do not like people like me shopping there.Great points: The owner is a lovely guy and seems genuinely friendly to all customers! it is a shame he only seems to work in the morning's as the staff could use a touch of his customer service skills. The tall young guy who works there is super friendly and has excellent customer service skills. The young girl without glasses is also very friendly with great customer service skills.Points to improve on: I would retrain the older ladies who work there as they lack in the key skills needed to work in a customer facing role. They are very selective in who they are nice with and it is as clear as day, which is awful. I would suggest if they cannot improve, then find a job that does not involve working with customers.Overall a fair shop, with minimal points to improve on.

Been twice now.First time the owner was there and everyone had masks on in the shop.Just been again and two girls were working who Just let a group walk in with no masks and didn't say a word to them.If they are too thick to say anything they should not be employed there.Shame on you spa

Delivered to this store saturday late afternoon staff was friendly and helpful. Lauren was very welcoming warming character, smiling, happy, very professional. hopefully get given this route again as not many shops deliver to are this nice 10 out of 10 for your service lauren. ?

Great local place to pick up your essentials and your daily needs. But is it worth dying for? Some staff don't wear masks and *maybe* 50% of the customers. Nobody is ever refused entry due to not wearing a mask and people regularly chat with staff at checkout whilst maskless. This is *after* the latest lockdown. Updated: 19th December. I've just walked out of the store and I won't be going back. Ever. I walked to Asda instead. 8 people in the store. 4 of them without masks
