very frustrating, the waiting time for appointments and treatment very long... waiting for pain relief injections to help mobility issues for months , only to be told once again someone will bein touch when there's appt available.. cannot access appt system online, long queues when telephoning for appointments incorrect details being logged down ..definitely would not recommend this surgery seems they have far too many patients not enough GPsor staff to cope affectively .Although the gp are respectful and for the best part very helpful and caring just difficulty to get to see one for treatment.

I'd avoid calling up for any reason; they're Very miserable and moody to speak with, lack understanding or any empathy.I've taken my children, as well as myself in for separate reasons, and often been fobbed off each time; leading me to make a follow up appointment and practically beg to be taken seriously.

Been to this facility a few times now, always had brilliant service from all concerned, very clean building, efficient receptionists, nurses, doctors and a great pharmacy in the building, perfect, thanks ??

Awful pratice, DR spencer is ignorant& rude go see him with chest infection caused by gallstone!! Really one day when queue was long a certain receptionist was looking at holiday destinations , no wander nhs is shot to pieces !

I am very disappointed, they give you an appointment for Sunday and there is not a single doctor, this is unacceptable, and not only for me, but also for an elderly person, this is irresponsible, is this what they pay you for? firs we are wait for a week or a month for an appointment, and secondly, when we get it, there is no doctor who will see you and we have to wait for hours and no one knows where the doctors are who are supposed to be on shift? or they send us for green caviar on Sunday

Receptionist is rude always claims to not having a clear line cannot hear me but I ring of my mobile and phone line she just repeats herself saying not a clear line,She puts me off ringing and talks like your stupid.

I listen to people all over the north west criticising doctors , I can only express. That mount view practice has dealt with any issues I have had over the past 30 years in in excellent timely and professional manner . I would highly recommend this practice to anyone

Post cancer meds suddenly became unavailable this week due to the manafacturersNotified Mount view and they have taken the time to contact the oncology dept at the hospital to make sure I get the right alternativeExcellent service

By far the worst surgery on this planet.. I had health issues & had to keep repeating myself for over a year to finally be listened to, the doctors are ignorant & lazy.. I?m not convinced they have any medical qualifications at all. Dr Habeeb is the most rude & obnoxious being ever, lies a lot too.. So after me putting in a complaint for the misdiagnoses & causing me more health issues, they took me off their list ? Whilst still waiting for biopsy results ? Must of hit a nerve! Then rejected my prescription request for my inhalers & allergy meds!!?There is also one particular creature on reception, she is an absolute disgrace. The way she speaks to ppl is astounding. Rudest thing ever, how she is still employed at that surgery speaks volumes about the whole place..

Totally let down with Dr Habib.. Twice I've had an appointment with him and on both occasions he spent most of it on his computer.. He paid no attention to my concerns regarding numerous health issues which had been getting worse, at 1 appt I was informed that he didn't have time to discuss these!!!.. He made another appt for 15/09only to cancel it via txt message.. Another appt was supposed to be made but upto today have heard nothing.. Numerous times I've phoned to speak to Helen the practice manager but hey guess what!!! Had no response!!! DISGRACEFULJust an update on this, after numerous requests in person and via telephone calls to speak with Practice Manager regarding this issue.. There has been no contact from them.. This is getting beyond a joke!!!..Whi do you report them to?

I rang the surgery and was told to complete a referral online to get a call back by 4pm. I did what i was asked to do but nobody called. When I chased them I was told the doctor had asked for further information but nobody rang me to tell me this. I have to say I was totally confused by everything I was told.
