Ryan has the patience of a saint. Really helpful, found me exactly what I needed (better than what I had in mind) in readiness if a wedding. Nothing was too much trouble, despite my may questions.

Terribly shocking customer service, slow responses & blunt.
They also lists items that they don?t have in stock, and also gives you a option to pay for Royal Mail special delivery (even though they don?t actually use this service, it?s just a way for them to profit a little bit more)
Would definitely NOT recommend.
Majority of their suits are cheap imported from china, your better of just purchasing the same one from amazon.

10/10 service. Ryan was real helpful and the other lady, (can?t think of her name) in helping me pick my suit and also making sure sizes were correct and a comfortable fit. Staff definitely make this place they?d be an asset to any company.

Came in today with my boyfriend to look for a suit for a wedding in a couple of weeks, was dreading it to be honest because we had no clue of his measurements/what would look good, Ryan helped us the whole way, getting him measured up, getting all the little details to match and go with the suit, glad we decided to go here and not the Preston one as his pockets would?ve be a lot more empty ? thanks Ryan can?t wait to see how he looks on the day ? highly recommend ?

Andy (the manager) was an absolute joy to deal with. There wasn't an answer to my MANY questions that he didn?t have. Completely recommend going to see him if you?re in the market for a suit. Looking forward to receiving my order ??

I needed a tuxedo for an event that I intended to hire. The sales team at the Fleetwood branch convinced me it made more sense to spend a little more to purchase which I did. Due to the late nature of the purchase in relation to when my event was, they arranged for the correct sizes to be sent from the branches that had them available for me. There was a mix up with the postal from the branch it was being sent from - but the manager and staff of Fleetwood went well beyond what was necessary to ensure that I had my tuxedo on time and that everything was perfect. Couldn't recommend highly enough - massively impressed.

A good range of men's clothing to be had in this shop. A good mix of casual and formal wear is available here. Prices are very competitive, and there are some great offers.The staff are very friendly and very helpful.It's well worth a visit.

Good selection of apparel, the only thing that put me off was, I walked in not dressed smart and was blanked by two members of staff, whereupon another man dressed a bit more smart was greeted, nevermind, I walked next door and bought a suit from Next!
