Ryan has the patience of a saint. Really helpful, found me exactly what I needed (better than what I had in mind) in readiness if a wedding. Nothing was too much trouble, despite my may questions.

Terribly shocking customer service, slow responses & blunt.
They also lists items that they don’t have in stock, and also gives you a option to pay for Royal Mail special delivery (even though they don’t actually use this service, it’s just a way for them to profit a little bit more)
Would definitely NOT recommend.

10/10 service. Ryan was real helpful and the other lady, (can’t think of her name) in helping me pick my suit and also making sure sizes were correct and a comfortable fit. Staff definitely make this place they’d be an asset to any company.
