Asked if they had an item and they all stood there like I was speaking French. Quicker to take the mick than to help. Extremely bad customer service.

Went in Money Traders, Fleetwood, yesterday Friday 23/05/25, p/x phone to a newer model, service was excellent, especially from Jack who explained everything, and went above and beyond , even to the point of transferring everything from my old phone to the new one, as I am a OAP this was something I could not do myself.... read full comment
