I have to say this has been the best visit to any McDonalds in my whole life. How lovely it was to see friendly and caring staff at this branch who was more than happy to go out of there way. The older lady was fantastic with all the children in there. The whole place was spotless and cleaned promptly. If this store hadn?t received some sort of recognition from the big bosses then this one definitely dose

Well it's a bit of a walk out of Fleetwood across busy roads. Ok if you have transport. Drive through or eat in .It was clean staff friendly. Only had coffee but food looked good. Would call again.

The burgers today are just well below par, patties are dry and very thin. I understand it's fast food and no attention is given to the appearance of it, but when it looks like a dogs dinner it's very off putting.
Some staff needs better training, impolite, doesn't care and just there to get a wage. Sorry McDonald's

I don't visit very frequently but when I do my order is always wrong some instances after mentioning my order is wrong I get given a 2nd wrong order, most recently I ordered a breakfast for myself and others and the majority of the items were missing which where the items i ordered for myself, they acknowledged over the phone but wouldn't send it out and told me I would have to walk for 20 minutes to pick it up or wait 7 days for a refund
