“I rang up AutoBay the day before to book an appointment for a suspected puncture to my tyre. They said just come in first thing in the morning which I did. I parked up in the customer car park went into reception, and handed my keys over. I was told to help myself to a drink in the café area which I did and had a lovely coffee. After about an hour my puncture had been repaired and paid the £25.00. Great customer service and friendly staff.”
