I rang up AutoBay the day before to book an appointment for a suspected puncture to my tyre. They said just come in first thing in the morning which I did. I parked up in the customer car park went into reception, and handed my keys over. I was told to help myself to a drink in the café area which I did and had a lovely coffee. After about an hour my puncture had been repaired and paid the £25.00. Great customer service and friendly staff.

Used Autobay for MOT for the past 3 years. It was all fine till today. It seems no-one is ever available to answer the phone. Tried 4 times this morning as was running late,tried 5 times this afternoon to see if car was ready, still no answer. Will just have book a taxi and see if Car is ready. Not great customer service

Got my Tracking done, was a last minute call and was able to book me in the next day. The lad that served me was very enthusiastic and down to earth. Very good service. Thanks.

Fantastic and efficient service. ?Having been here before and knowing the service was great I called in on my way home with a slow puncture, unfortunately it was unrepairable. New tyre was installed in no time and at a competitive price.Big thanks to the team.

Dave, what a gent. Could not do enough for us as customers. Bought a car on Monday, knew it would need a service, found Quick Lane to be the cheapest (and read reviews). Booked in for Friday. Dave talked me through every step of the service and showed me what had been carried out. It was noted that tyres were needed and Dave was sure to show me the reasons why. Top notch service from Dave & colleagues. Everything explained in detail and work carried out in the most thorough way, no detail overlooked. Where possible, equivalent quality parts options are offered and priced for the customer to decide. I was pleasantly surprised at cost of the work done to my car and am completely satisfied with the result. It doesn?t get better than Quick Lane.

Booked in for a wheel alignment for 2 o'clock, I turned up on time but they had a van on the lift required for the alignment so asked if I could come back at 4. He was very apologetic and I didn't mind popping back. on returning he carried ou the alignment check to my Octavia and as suspected it was out. Once adjusted with printouts of the before and after he asked me to go for a drive and see if it felt better. It was a lot better, so I returned to settle the bill. All I all a very good experience and I'm more then happy to recommend them to anyone.

The work on my car was done very professionally, and the manager (Dave) was very friendly and helpful. Went in for 4 tyres and an alignment. Price was very competitive, and he even did a full once over to see if everything else was ok with the car. Top notch service, and will definitely use again.
