A very poor experience this morning! The vegetable shelves were virtually empty! I picked up a bottle of Scotch which was on offer, oh no I was told at customer services that was for the product next to it! You can no longer see what is in the chill cabinets as the all the doors are misted up. You are clearly not price matching with Aldi or Lidl. Coffee forexample and Elmlea! A dispiriting experience all in all and 40p for a reusable shopping bag! Not somewhere I will go back to again

Came in to the cafe today for a coffee and it's all changed, new seating, new menu and looks like new staff. I decided to have lunch of haloumi salad box. I'll review that when I've eaten it!!

the pharmacy keep messing up with my meds giving the wrong stuff out and missing items last time i was give 2 out of my 8 meds and they had know idear til 8 sead i should have 8 itam not 2 then told me to come back in 20 mins for got to say they would be closed in 25 and since when has alcohol been a seasonal product do they not have enough ale's full of it already.

So many items not in stock makes you question why you bother going. Today (11 Jul 25) the store had been rearranged again! The motives for doing this are clear but it does a great job of frustrating customers who have to spend longer in store trying to find products making the whole experience very poor. It just feels like the whole store is in decline.

Avoid the cafe just paid 20 pound for 2 full breakfasts for the wife and me it was cold and sure it was warmed up on the ding then I had to pay a extra 2 pounds for 2 pieces of toast each absolutely robbed.then we went around the shop and the click and collect staff just jumping in front of you blocking the isles with the big kart arrogant as fook so avoid

Jane massively helped me return Amazon parcels! I was stuck and lost and she was a huge help
People like Jane should be running the place in my opinion

Bleak. Lots of unmanned tills & gaps on shelves. To say the least, the café is in need of a rethink.

Always well stocked with good produce. Tills are disappointingly slow due to there not being enough open most of the time.

Awful treatment by self service staff towards my two sons. One was buying beer and showed ID then she wanted my younger son who was not purchasing anything to give ID. Very rude to them both but interestingly the other staff knew exactly I was referting to.
