Doesn?t even deserve 1 star. Staff are absolutely awful. Customer service never been heard off. Owner is a disgrace and the male that shouted down the phone at my mum. The lovely manager Molly had to phone and apologise due to how poorly we had been treated!!!

BEST veggie breakfast I've ever had. Cooked to perfection, and everyone are so nice and friendly. Staff are amazing and if we lived more local, would be coming back everyday.

We added The Drop Off Café to the Kaldi Coffee Trail and it definitely earned its place. Stopped in for a coffee (which was spot on) and ended up relaxing outside on the patio next to the pergola, under the shade of a big tree which was perfect on a sunny morning.
The space had a laid-back vibe but had a good steady flow of locals and visitors coming in for breakfast. Also, big bonus points for being dog friendly, which is always a win in our book!
We also clocked the co-working space inside which looked like a really interesting setup, which could come in handy for us in the future the next time we're in the area.
Great coffee, great atmosphere, we?ll be back.

When we arrived the atmosphere was lovely, very chill, good interior design etc. was quickly ruined by one arrogant waiter, watered down coffee and an absolute let down of a breakfast! Quickly paid up and left. Wouldn?t go back.

Came here for lunch after going for a quick dip in the waterfall. Great menu, great staff, and so exciting to see all the stuff they have going on. Would definitely recommend!

Always enjoyed visiting until they employed the narcissist serving people last week. Rude, arrogant and disrespectful. Even our children asked what was wrong with him. When challenged by an elderly lady about his manner, he brushed her aside without stopping or making eye contact and came up with, ?I am who I am?. Yep. An entitled, self-serving customer repellent.

Nice place - poor service
Such a cute place - wanted to really like this place however the service was poor - we felt really rushed by a really abrupt server and not welcome at all

Visited for the first time after walking the dogs. Had bacon on brioch toasted, was the best I've had in a long time cooked perfectly how I asked for it, my son had an egg on his, again perfectly cooked egg. Nice cappuccino with Oat milk, and water for the dogs. Enjoyed so much going back today ?

Great cafe with great food and service. Always friendly attentive staff, with well made, delicious food. Lovely room upstairs too, which I?ve attended for yoga events. All around great venue, with gorgeous vibes.

Went here for lunch. Chips were very greasy and soggy. Toastie wasn?t very warm, salad was very dry and bland, cake was dry and stale- took it back. Guy servicing was rude whenever I asked for something. Won?t be going back.
