Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Staff are absolutely awful. Customer service never been heard off. Owner is a disgrace and the male that shouted down the phone at my mum. The lovely manager Molly had to phone and apologise due to how poorly we had been treated!!!

tried to make a booking at this venue and was shocked by how poorly I was treated. The male member of staff I dealt with was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional throughout the entire interaction
