Rude staff, anything is an inconvenience. Would rather travel up the road to Croston.Only customer in shop and waited at the desk whilst lady behind the counter was on the till, then says yes to me. Very rude, wont go back or reccomend. I have heard several people complain

Rubbish service, the pharmacist turns up when they see fit, which doesn't match the opening hours.. along with the elderly lady that serves has a bad attitude

I have today noticed a sign on the window advising that if you see the doctor on monday they won't receive the prescription until the Wednesday and the prescription will be ready on yhe Friday.When i order a prescription from the same doctors it is received and ready at the pharmacy in parbold within the hour. Brilliant pharmacist. Always very helpful.

Poor service. Staff are not friendly and cannot deal with any type of problem. The pharmacist hides behind the counter. I'll probably get my prescription from Tesco along with my shopping.
