We arrived on wed 10th of sept.got to r room and bedding was dirty when I complained to the reception they said it would be sorted and it wasn't so I complained again on13th as nothing was done so I said to the lady at reception the bedding is dirty and this is the second time complained I have made. then the lady on reception said that she personally had check the room and it was fine .I said no the bedding is dirty on r arrival and then I ask her to come and see for herself wich she didn't but sent the cleaning lady with a quilt and just handed it to me and left me to make the bed myself I was.so angry and didn't leave enough towels.for two poeple .I am so disgusted in the whole situation. The is unacceptable .I will never stay here again.we left on 16th September 2025 .

As visiting family nearby decided on an overnight stay on the area. Wasn't too sure as in a busy area, but was pleasantly surprised. Very quiet, excellent attentive staff exceptionally clean and lovely views across the hills even seeing darwin tower. Lots of food places alongside and a lovely decking seating balcony to sit and eat.

I had an amazing stay here! The rooms were nice, tidy, and very clean. The staff were all friendly, especially Mo. There aren?t enough good things I can say about him! He?s an absolute gem. A down to earth, helpful, and just a genuinely kind person. Mo truly made my experience here even better. I highly recommend this place!

Bed was so hard it made my back genuinely hurt, stains on the ceilings and furniture, nobody at reception. Wouldn?t recommend, even if just for one night

We had two rooms. The room facing the back are the best for noise. My children slept in the room facing the front of the property. They had to endure a hell of noise through the night. They had some yobs honking continuously for half hour sometime late in the night??. Mo at the desk at check in was brilliant! Room and carpet were clean. Shower gel was empty!! The sink did not get hot water at all! We get rooms for £50 each ; so was good value for money I guess ( in July). The location has McDonalds / Greggs next door for breakfast! There?s also IONITY chargers infront of the hotel

Bedsheets are only changed after 6 nights of stay and not less.
Breakfast is not a buffet but a small box available from counter with water, milk, and some other misc stuff not likely to be sufficient for most people. While ordering this aspect is not clearly indicated and buyer is expected to have seen the part of website on its own that makes this distinction. Guest visit directly to the room is not a norm and must not stay beyond 10pm.

Good. Paid for early check in (from 12pm). Arrived at 1pm and had to wait a short while while a room was prepared
We were en route to a wedding so needed to be in. Felt shouldve been ready for the paid for 12pm.
