The hotel is nicely located right next to Darwen town centre and is just on the border of Blackburn so there are plenty of things to do. The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. Lovely stay here visiting family. Staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Good value

Food & drinks: We called in early January when children were still not in school so the restaurant was still quite busy in the afternoon and so had to wait a while to order our food and drink . Considering it was almost full it did not feel cramped a t all . The meals arrived fairly promptly considering the amount of diners.... read full comment
