I've never come across a place who had a 100% failure rate on deliver orders. Half a dozen uber eat orders from here and all with missing and cold items. I don't know whether to be mad or impressed.

ordered the 9 chicken nuggets minecraft meal with dips and it came with no toy, no nether sauce and i was given a banana milkshake instead of vanilla + we were already in a hassle and had no time to ask for these things i am very unhappy

Quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Issues everytime we go. Missing food, cold food, wrong food. Had an issue with an order so they wrote us in "the book", went to claim the replacement and they looked at me like I had 2 heads. The replacement order was cold and I had to send back through the drive thru

2nd time in same week worse service , stuff have no clue what they doing make my order ready to collect still make 10 mins wait there never again , while I was there delivery drivers came and staff was so rude with drivers all customers look at staff.

Today on 11th of feb I have ordered 2 times in the space of 3hours because my order kept getting re assigned drivers which had already been pissing me off then it cancelled it which I don?t know what for bc it was getting picked up so I then re ordered it again and same thing happens so if h can?t DELIVER FOOD OR sort your shit out shut it

ALWAYS something wrong with the order. Just visited at 1am and couldn?t be bothered to check, got home and they?d given me 4 nuggets instead of the 6 I paid for and only put cheese on the cheeseburger, no onion or gherkin, save yourself the trouble and drive an extra five mins to the facing ewood park

Worst place ever. I wait 25 min. just for a big mac meal. The burger was cold and soggy. Fries look like they made them one year ago. The delivery drivers wait 35-40 min. just for one delivery. ???
