Wow! I have just moved into Darwen recently and have made Lidl as my new go to for grocery shopping. They have self checkouts which are quick and convenient.
But may I compliment the lovely young lady Aamna. This employee?s customer service is above and beyond. Extra polite, professional, greeted with a gracious smile ? and makes the shopping experience great in this store, she was amazing to help and direct me to find certain items. This lady is a huge credit to this store. Keep up the good work, you deserve the 5 stars chick! See you again soon!

This place has the laziest staff ever. God forbid you should ask them for help, they make it seem like it?s not their job to help you and if you dare to speak to them, they give you the biggest huff like it?s gonna take them 20 hours to go to the back the get me another whole duck? The attitude and non willingness to help is shocking. The staff change but they all have the same low, nasty rude attitude. Hey guys, ITS YOUR JOB TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS AND HELP US.
