Had yellow fever vaccines with Kandeall, very professional and patient with my children, who were worried. Also needed an extra certificate due to a name change and she was very understanding and helpful. Would recommend!

We were not asked if we had an appointment just told to take a seat, as it was busy nobody knew who was next. Went with my sister in law both appointments 10.04 and 10.08, sister in law came out at 10.37 and I waited until 10.46 and had to ask how long the pharmacist would be who had gone off to do other things, he then apologised not realising I was waiting (despite having told him earlier I had an appointment!) as he didn't think I met the criteria, didn't think in this profession being judgy by sight is acceptable?! Hence this review, first and last time using this pharmacy who my sister in law recommend and was also highly disappointed

I went for a travel vaccination consultation. I was kept waiting beyond my appointment time although the shop was empty of customers. I was then given advise that did not meet the advice given on the government website. When I asked him about this he then checked another website and got different results. His whole attitude did not inspire any confidence and I will be getting my vaccinations elsewhere.

The pharmacist who administered my husband's covid booster (I'm sorry, he forgot to ask your name) was very careful, gentle and sympathetic: hubby said it didn't hurt at all. Thank you.
