I am very happy with the customer service we received at this particular Costa from Katie and Erin. It?s not often to get people serving you with a smile and with patience at this day and age. Not everyone is a regular and, for someone who just arrived in the country, they explained to me that the drink I chose comes with 3 shots but I could opt for less. And I took their advice - best thing I?ve done, it was a very strong Ice Mocha, on point.They went above and beyond and made a difference to a good start of the day! I appreciate their professionalism- 5 stars to these girls.?

Two girls one very young! Serving drive through and inside counter? 20 mins waiting at the counter? One more staff would have made a lot of people happy. Instead or irritated.

Done about 10 orders on Uber eats and only 1 of them has been completed. They cancel every single one. Very annoying
