The elderly lady who wears the beanie hat, Linda. Is very rude. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. She blames the tills and products for not working yet you can see it?s her not doing it right. Insults work colleagues in front of customers. When she?s serving I?ve seen people in the queue walk out?..twice! Terrible service.

Older woman who wears the beanie is always rude for no apparent reason, rest are polite. Gas and electric machine always down. Will take the extra 5 minutes to use the garage further down the road in future.
