Very poor practice from this letting agency. Notified them of my intention to early terminate by emailing the owner, and a few hours later by forwarding the email on to the lettings manager.Both emails were ignored. Followed up the emails two days later by phone, to be told that I have to serve notice directly to the landlord and not them, meaning that I've added an extra couple of days on to my tenancy.My landlords address on my contract? Care of Ainsworth Lord Estates, 49 Market Street, Darwen.

Purchased a house today that Ainsworth Lord were selling. A viewing was arranged promptly and I was met by Connor who was so lovely and didn't pressure me into putting an offer in. A couple of offers went back and forth, which Angie facilitated and when our offer was accepted I think Angie was more excited than we were! Really lovely staff who went out of their way for us as buyers. The staff, Angie especially seemed genuinely interested and wants us to keep her updated on our renovation plans. Wouldn't hesitate buying from Ainsworth Lord in the future!

I feel like I was blessed the day I encountered Ainsworth Lord Estates.I've been painstakingly searching for a place to live for six months and in an overnight change in luck I was greeted by Ainsworth's team of highly competent, knowledgeable and polite staff. After one of their advertised properties caught my eye I booked a viewing (offered on my terms) to which the agent arrived on time, answered all my questions and immediately knew I wanted this to be my home!I hope the treatment I received becomes the new standard. Thank you Ainsworth Lord Estates!

We purchased a house with Ainsworth Lord Estates which wasn't without its troubles (not Ainsworth Lord's fault). Communications stayed strong and we managed to get it over the line at the beginning of the month. Appreciated all Debs help with the matter as queries all quickly dealt with

I've been dealing with a lovely lady, hannah Wilson. She has been so helpful and friendly and professional. I've been looking for houses for over a year and half. I've met loads of people but there don't match up to the skills and experience like hannah.

Used them to rent out a flat I couldn't sell. Poor communication, missed payments and lost keys. Also watch for cheeky clauses in the contracts. Better yet, go to someone with an ounce of professionalism
