Can?t recommend enough, sent two pairs from Hampshire for a clean and re dye, come back brand new.

Unfortunately they could not repair my shoes due to leather damage, which is justifiable and understandable.
However, the sent me a refund very quickly, explained the situation clearly and then posted the shoes back to me ASAP.
Morale of the story: don?t send them shoes that have cracked leather, or are completely broken. As obviously they are not magical and can?t repair everything.
Anything else, if you?re in the local Blackburn with Darwen area, perfect company for shoe restoration.

Absolutely thrilled with how these ?Adidas Hardies? have turned out.
These are a limited edition and hard to find now.
They had a good clean up and re-dye back to there original colour.
Would highly recommend Trainer Restoration, the whole process was so simple, book what you want doing, pop in the post and that?s it.
The trainers were packaged incredibly well on their return.
I will certainly be using them again for our future care, topup re-dyes I?m the future.

Never received the trainers I sent to be restored. Took over 2 months for them to be done and never arrived when they were supposedly done. Sent numerous emails and was told I would receive a tracking order but never did. Was also told I would be reimbursed but never was. Very poor service that don't respond to e-mails.
