No not shoping there again it's to stressfull felt like I was in prison on the self checkouts then I didn't have a receipt to scan to get out of the exit gate definitely not my kind of super market the staff look at you like your thriving judging you up n down no sorry not going in there again !?

I often come here for discounts and I was looking for a MEGA set (building blocks) that was on clearance. Joanne, a staff member, was very helpful and kind. She said I could check back in next week to see if they had it and even asked if I wanted to buy a LEGO set that was 75% off. A prime example of what retail workers should be like.

The security guard needs to be spoken to. He will follow me about the store staring at me intimidating me even tho I go in every day and never even thought about stealing. Pits me off going into to the weekly shop.

Great shame there is no café, the view out of the windows of the old café was fab, really miss it, I now shop mostly elsewhere

Only two tills there with people on, and only one with a person on when l visited... Quite a long wait to be served.
However, the manager was very helpful and apologised for the delay, some staff off I'll on the day l visited. Also, due to not being able to get a nectar card at the till he gave me a credit for my next shop.
Store itself not gigantic,but very well stocked and great homewares.

Came to the Sainsbury?s store on Colne to shop and to charge my EV . Went through all the hastle of downloading the Pod point app and loading credit only to find it didn?t work . Rang the pod point help desk and they confirmed it hadn?t worked since 2022!! . Spoke to Sainsbury?s customer service and they already knew the charger was out of action but no one cared enough to put an out of service sign on the charger . Very pppr first time experience of charging an EV .

Very helpful staff . Made sure my disabled wife was all good and needed anything and if needed help with anything was just to ask . Clean tidy store well stocked
