Members of staff stood at the entrance smoking and even though it's covered, we encountered a really miserable staff member at the self service checkout it's put me off going again

No not shoping there again it's to stressfull felt like I was in prison on the self checkouts then I didn't have a receipt to scan to get out of the exit gate definitely not my kind of super market the staff look at you like your thriving judging you up n down no sorry not going in there again !?

I often come here for discounts and I was looking for a MEGA set (building blocks) that was on clearance. Joanne, a staff member, was very helpful and kind.
