I called into Pets At Home in Colne yesterday and wanted to commend the lovely man who served me, for his attentiveness and genuine regard for customer care. I had unknowingly picked up a dusty box of food and he sought out a cloth to wipe it down before then offering to go through my Pets At Home app to ensure I was using all the offers available to me(I?m hopeless with such things) thus saving me about £3.50 more than I?d expected. I didn?t get his name but he was tall with dark hair and glasses. Thank you!

Monthly subscription for flea treatment for my cat, this has happened more than once the order arrives 2/3 weeks after her flea due date. Really bad service, and tracking not available for the other, will be cancelling my flea order and taking my money elsewhere!

so pleased with my experience in pets at home, i took my poochon, teddy, in for a groom and the staff were really kind and helpful, and i am so happy with the results it's just what he needed! he looks so adorable, teddy was happy too!???

Big shop , lots of choice for all your pets . Grooming now available. Live caged small animals to buy , guinea pigs , gerbils, mice etc . Amusing for the children

I took my son there because he really wanted to look at the pets and maybe we WOULD buy a dog or a cat . But to our dissatisfaction, we only saw hamsters and rats . No hate but it really stinks aswell !! Please get some new pets to look at and make the smell better . Many workers and brands around the area were complaining about the smell !!! SORT IT PLEASE.

Just purchaced some more fish from the colne branch was refused some fish, as the sales person said she couldn?t sell them to me. When I questioned her she was very rude and couldn?t justify her reasoning for not selling me them. I have had tropical fish all my life, and I m sure I have a little more experience than a 21 year old. Neadless to say will not be purchasing from them in the future, and will surely not be promoting them.

Visited the store today after purchasing a rabbit, we needed to find out everything we needed and was greeted by a gentleman that was more than helpful he guided us around the shop advising us what we needed and what it was for, he was extremely knowledgeable and we couldn't thank him enough for all the help! His a credit to the company and deserves to be acknowledged, he even offered to bring everything to the car

I would just like to say that I?ve never been a fan of Pets at home here but had to run in here out of desperation. I must say the wonderful guy Joe who dealt with me was amazing! And for that alone I will now be a regular customer back in this store! He is a credit to you. What a helpful lovely young man. I look forward to seeing him again. Thank you Joe. If I could give you ten stars I would.
