“I called into Pets At Home in Colne yesterday and wanted to commend the lovely man who served me, for his attentiveness and genuine regard for customer care. I had unknowingly picked up a dusty box of food and he sought out a cloth to wipe it down before then offering to go through my Pets At Home app to ensure I was using all the offers available to me(I’m hopeless with such things) thus saving me about £3.50 more than I’d expected. I didn’t get his name but he was tall with dark hair and glasses. Thank you!”
