Went to the drive thru as usual and after waiting quite a while got my order, surprised I wasn?t asked to park up as per usual. In the parking bay checked my food before I drove home to realise an item was missing. Called up to ask if they could bring said item to the car as they always ask everyone to park up and they will bring food out anyway to be told I need to either come inside or go to the drive thru, my daughter is autistic and had no shoes or jacket on therefore I didn?t feel comfortable getting her out the car as it?s freezing outside and the drive thru was jam packed so our order would have been stole cold by the time we made it round, manager wouldn?t send anyone out to quickly pass the item although they don?t mind doing this daily when asking people to park up making me have to get my daughter out the car to go in the store to get my refund as I no longer want to eat food from these companies can?t even do a simple thing as to bring an item out that THEY missed off.

Avoid absolutely awful waited 20 minutes to have cold food how could that happen. staff have awful attitude when I complained will never go back dreadful.

Arrived at 9:40 to start ordering at the machines
To be told by a gentleman
We're closing in 20 mins you'll have to eat in your car
Food took absolutely ages
And when we did finally get it
Was soggy and cold and missed 2 items of my order

Just a joke... went for a quick breakfast.
Ordered 2 breakfast wraps with out meat but wanted an extra egg instead. To which they said sure.
Gave me 1 wrap and a breakfast muffin.
Went through the drive through again and looked at me as if I was an idiot and wanted the wrong item to be returned. I picked it out and handed it back from my food that was getting cold. Said they will give me the wrap at the next window. Gave me the wrap and I was on my way but to my surprise meet and bacon was in the wrap which I can't have. At this point the rest of the groups food is cold and I am looking like even more of an idiot holding a half open wrap in my hand walking back into the place.
Then I just gave up and said can I get a refund please... I even said the rest of the food is cold as I have had to go through the drive through twice. Got 4 quid back for my hassle and the rest of the group had cold hard eggs. I can't expect alot from McDonald's but I atleast expect my food to be right and if they have inconvenienced someone they should return all of the money.

Worst McDonald ever. It?s never great but this was the worst. Stone cold burger, which I returned. Was given a filthy look and handed another. That was just as cold but I didn?t want the glare again. It was also dripping in grease.

Came in here while on a drive ended up spending more time in this mcdonald?s waiting for food then the trip itself took, if you don?t have 45 minutes to wait for food then don?t bother coming here just go to the kfc down the road

Food isn?t that bad but I can?t give it 5 stars as it isn?t a proper restaurant it just fast food plus the fact that they say it?s open 24 hours and it isn?t. It?s a joke

Staff always helpful and great with children good service and food always hot
Parking: Chicken wraps and chicken nuggets are always hot, and kids love it here but be careful when busy watch your bags I had my purse stolen luckily I keep cards separately not nice I asked staff they were very helpful but it was packed out and couldn't see anything
