I have been frequenting this store for over 20 plus years .before it was McColls .when it was McColls and now Morrisons daily
The staff are very helpful and efficient on a daily basis .as in every shop there is one that stands out from the rest .she's patient friendly always has time for you .which is what you need and want when you go shopping .I'm always happy when I go in and she's working .I'm pretty sure her name is alanta .a massive asset to your work team there
The rest are also very good as well

Visited this store today whilst camping close by for the Great British Rhythm and Blues festival, had the pleasure of being served by 2 young ladies. Alanta and yasmin both colleagues were so friendly and helpful, the store was very clean with so many different products and very reasonably priced. Customer service is excellent at this store thankyou ladies

I?ve been visiting this convenience shop for a while now, and I have to say, it?s consistently been a great experience. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. But what really stands out is the customer service.
Ryan, one of the staff members, is always friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. He?s attentive without being overbearing and always greets you with a smile. Whether I?m popping in for a quick snack or picking up a few groceries, Ryan makes the whole experience smoother and more enjoyable. It's rare to find such genuinely good service these days, and it?s definitely worth mentioning.
Highly recommend this place for its convenience and excellent customer care, especially if you?re lucky enough to be helped by Ryan!

Rudest staff I?ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. Made to feel like an inconvenience simply for collecting and sending parcels. Happens every single time so unfortunately can?t be passed off as a bad day. Literally just been huffed and puffed at. Not sure what the issue is - surely part of the job description is to help people with their parcels? Still receiving an hourly rate regardless of how many packages are sent / collected. Awful. Get a feeling of dread when the parcel has to go / arrive here - makes me dread going in the shop.

Good shop, lots of variety from new stuff to old classic essentials, the shop assistant alanta is truly amazing young lady who goes out of her way to make people happy no matter what time of day, she always is
friendly and approachable and incredibly helpful unlike most of the other staff (except ryan r) who seem to just whinge moan and complain about there lives and the lives of other staff members, also would like to recommend Ryan r. Since moving to the area ryan has been a very helpful and hilarious young shop assistant who I also find goes above and beyond to make the customer happy, I find myself going to this shop for the most simple things just to be able to have a chat and giggle with these 2 young staff members expecially on a rough day, hopefully someone higher sees this and notices these 2 amazing staff they have
