My mum bought an 89p pack of Lidl?s own brand digestives from here recently that were manufactured wrong and were a poor product. Returned today to ask for a replacement and the manager refused the replacement over ?no receipt?. Whilst I can understand a receipt would have been helpful, who would bother to fabricate a story for 89p? The packet was full besides the two she ate whilst discovering the biscuits weren?t baked right.
Rather than just swapping out the packet and providing good customer service, the manager was rude and denied her any help. Neither she nor I will be shopping here again, so congratulations on losing two people?s lifetime spends over 89p

Not much cheaper than other shops.. poor choice of goods. Usual nonsense at the tills with lanes opening and closing and now begging for a charity donation if paying by card...if I could afford a charity donation, I wouldn't be shopping in Lidl !

Might be wise to get a new cleaner. When I visited today the toilet was a disgrace. Poo stains on the toilet seat, floor and sinks not cleaned either.
