Absolutely awful service especially when the customers are both disabled with mobility issues and not allowing customers using the toilet with they need it very poor.

Today 28th March 2025 evening 6pm I visited KFC with my family, it was such a busy hour and heavy queue for delivery as well.
Want to specifically mention the service today, the two people who were serving did a great job. There was not even a minute they were free. Great job guys, keep up the good work.
My previous experience there was always some mix up with the order but this time it was not the case.
The atmosphere was not that good due to heavy crowd and overflowing bins, those are understandable seeing the crowd.

Just ordered a small chicken box with fries. I've never tasted anything that salty in my life. It was disgusting, threw it in the bin. The so called 5 spices were away somewhere, so apparently salt was the order of the day. So if you prefer salt fried this is apparently the place to go........

On the last two occasions the drive thru card machine has not been working. The last time I was advised that I could come inside and order to pay on card. Inside the restaurant was full of teenagers. Intimidating, shouting and play fighting in the toilets and across the restaurant. After waiting around ten minutes to be served - despite there being no one else other than myself and my young daughter. The guy behind the counter walked straight past me to serve one of the teens that had just approached the counter. Security needs to be tightened as I do not believe this is an okay atmosphere for customers or those working.

I ordered a Zinger burger meal from KFC, but the burger I received was not a true Zinger. When I called them back, they explained that they didn't have the usual ingredients and had used an alternative instead. Despite admitting this, they didn't offer a replacement. I asked for an alternative or a replacement the next day, but was told I needed to file a complaint. The burger was cold too, which made the experience even worse. I'm really disappointed with the quality and service.

Today I ordered at KFC colne and I was waiting in queue for 40 mins no worker was taking order when I got to order the worker refused to give my food when I paid got my food was not edible cold and dry got a bad tummy strait away I will not be coming again so many people complaining in store and also did not give the person infront of me his food I'm quite shocked with this and 5 other customers left without food

30.min before closing,no discount for orders..
Chips were not fresh and fluffy..
Chiken was steamed ,greasy ,not crispy..
As I expect quality at 22.30,there was no discounts

I went to this KFC last night the chicken must not have been cooked properly because I've had food poisoning for there chicken I've not been able to eat or keep anything down today I will not be returning to this KFC first time I've been here and it's defo the last and the toilets were a disgrace

The place was disgusting the chicken was half cooked.. bins over flowing rubbish on most tables.. the ones that didn't had sauce splattered all over them.. will not be returning
