Absolutely awful service especially when the customers are both disabled with mobility issues and not allowing customers using the toilet with they need it very poor.

Today 28th March 2025 evening 6pm I visited KFC with my family, it was such a busy hour and heavy queue for delivery as well. Want to specifically mention the service today, the two people who were serving did a great job. There was not even a minute they were free. Great job guys, keep up the good work.
