Do not buy from this company, Veronika the store manager is so rude! Very argumentative and just rude.
I bought a sofa from DFS and its been nothing but problems. Had 3 days of lost earnings due to this and left with a dipping sofa. Was called by Veronika in colne store and I've never met anyone as rude as her.what happened to good customer service. Rude via email aswell as over the phone. I dread to think what she is like in person. Wouldn't recommend DFS. Sofas are very cheaply made and break within weeks.

I would give it 0 star if I could. When we went to the Colne show room, a the store manager (I'm assuming) was an Asian woman ( I am asija as well) and she kept following us around ( me, my husband and my child) and we felt a little harassed like she was making us feel like we will steal something. We then ordered the sofa we liked online from DFS was supposed to arrive in 5 weeks time, it been over 2 months now and they keep changing the delivery date. Now when when called them to log a complaint they said we can't do anything untill we actually have our sofa delivered. But we are trying to get our sofas delivered????? Like make it make sense. DFS is ready to go off the market. Just rubbish they are.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Tas at DFS. At a time when I was really struggling, he went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I walked into the store, he was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the right furniture for my home. He took the time to understand what I needed for both my living area and bedroom, and made sure everything matched perfectly.
What truly stood out was that Tas didn't just stop at the store ? he actually drove me to my house to help measure the space properly, and then brought me back to the store to finalise everything. That kind of dedication and personal service is rare these days.
Tas made a stressful situation feel so much easier, and I honestly couldn?t have done it without him. He?s professional, thoughtful, and a credit to DFS. I hope this feedback reaches the management ? employees like him truly make a difference.

We are thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service at DFS Colne. From the very beginning, we were assisted by gentleman Tehseen, who consistently greeted us with great professionalism and genuine attentiveness during each of our visits.
We took our time to write this review as we wanted to experience the entire process from ordering to delivery. We placed our sofa order in mid-January 2025, and it was delivered a couple of weeks ago. The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free, and we are very pleased with the quality and comfort of our new sofa.
A big thumbs up to the team at DFS Colne, especially the staff member who helped us throughout. Your service truly made a difference!

The store will leave a pensioner with nothing to sit on for over a week. The sofa was delivered but wouldn't get through the door even though the sales person assured my sister that the backs come apart, it was taken back to the store. After numerous call and a lot of promises my sister is still sitting on a garden chair. If she had not paid cash up front she could have cancelled. What sort of a company is that. I'm absolutely disgusted with DFS.

Absolutely terrible customer service with the two girls that I dealt with on separate occasions . Felt rushed , like they wanted me out of the store so they could return to their chat . Rang customer support yesterday , as my sofa is meant to be arriving today . They said they would ring me back , but didn?t and had no call from the store either . I normally deal with the lovely young man that works there , but unfortunately he wasn?t working that day or I would have given him 10 stars ?

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with DFS Colne I ordered a mattress from them, only to receive the wrong size. When I reached out to their customer service for assistance, I was assured that someone would contact me within 72 hours to resolve the issue. However, it has now been over five days, and I have yet to hear from anyone.
In a desperate attempt to seek answers, I tried contacting their customer service again, only to be met with refusal to provide any useful information. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is utterly unacceptable.
I had high hopes for DFS Colne , believing them to be a reputable company with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Sadly, this experience has shattered that perception. I genuinely feel sorry for the owner of this establishment, as it appears they have entrusted their business to an unprofessional and incompetent staff.
My advice to others: steer clear of DFS Colne Branch Their inability to fulfill orders correctly and their blatant disregard for customer concerns make them a company not worth doing business with. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment?look elsewhere for your purchases.

I bought a sofa from Colne branch and paid extra money for protection. Sofa was ripped apart so I called customer service and the lady on phone was very rude and loud she was not even ready to listen. I reminded her that I have paid extra money but her response was awful. I will never recommend this story to anyone. When I asked about the complaint process she replied that we don?t have any complaints process at all. Wasted my money and trust

DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM DFS!!! Absolutely shocking aftersale service!! Furniture is terrible quality!! They don't even deserve the 1 star!! Bought a corner sofa and received delivery in August 2022. By December 2022 had to call them to report a fault! We are now on the 2nd repair for the same fault!!! It takes more than 12 weeks for parts to arrive!! Worst company I have ever dealt with. Very rude and not willing to help!
