Such a good experience today. Wanted to use the Pharmacy First scheme and was seen straight away by lovely professional pharmacist Helen. A thorough review and great advice, came away with antibiotics that I desperately needed. All the staff were pleasant and professional.

I just want to say how amazing the young man (with pony tail, sorry don?t know his name) is and what an asset to the company. He is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He remembers who you are, has chased prescriptions and rang me when ready, saved me money by informing me about the yearly prescription service, nothing is too much trouble and always has the biggest smile on his face. Boots you need to keep hold of this guy and give him a promotion?..credit where credit is due!

Every time I've been to collect my prescription in the last 4 months it's never been ready. After waiting in a queue this morning for 20 minutes and then told yet again its not ready .shocking

Went for a flu jab today and it was cancelled. Said that they'd tried to ring everyone, but don't think they made much of an effort as I have no missed calls or messages left on voice mail. Very poor service.

Good range of products despite not being in a town centre. Not everything always in stock however. Weigh machine inaccurate and never switched on. Staff however are helpful and obliging. Big variety of make up stands each with they're own consultants to offer advice and guidance.

Wonderful pharmacy, especially Lauren who should be given a promotion she is so good at her job! Excellent staff, nice selection of items, really helpful with advice. Also, they always find time to answer the phone if you call!
