Extremely unhappy with the service. When I switched to Asda pharmacy over a year ago I specifically made it sure that I will get all my medication every month in one go and I was assured that. But during last one and half year I have to make many journeys to get all medications on repeat prescription. The worst thing is no one ready to feel sorry for it or offer apologies for wasting my time and car fuel. I get same 11 items on my repeat prescription every month. Every month IAM told that next month you will get all medication in one go and you wouldn't have to make many journeys. The worst thing is they don't have notification system to keep updating customers when prescription ready to collect or if have to wait for collection. I just came back home wasting my journey only a few items ready for collection for the remaining have to wait till Tuesday even though they had my electronic prescription for last four days yet they haven't got all items on my prescription. I'm so unhappy and frustrated I'm run out of many medicines like now have to phone 111 for providing me emergency medicines. Will definitely change to other pharmacy now...angry sad and frustrated ???

Never got my perception in, this last time was told it be in next day, it wasn't, went back few days later still not got it in that had it for a week, said it was trouble with supply, told them to put it on the spine went to another chemist got it straight away asked them if issue with supply they said no, I'm a diabetic need the medicine can't order more than a week in advance for the stuff I'm on, won't be going there again not the first time but thought give them a chance

These guys stop working at 8.30pm just rang for emergency prescription for my daughter as doctor failed to send it. Woman on phone ignorant rude couldn?t be bothered so went to burnley late night they needed asda colne to pass over information but they do t answer phone after 8.30 ignorant annoying rubbish service

Was told at 8.30 am my prescription was sent to asda colne pharmacy went to collect it at 2.30 pm tofind they hadn't even started to dispense it and was told to go back about 8.30 pm 12 hoursfrom them getting it on thesystem to me able to collect surely is not right
