Rubbish customer service. Never showed empathy they are not bothered at all stay away

Extremely unhappy with the service. When I switched to Asda pharmacy over a year ago I specifically made it sure that I will get all my medication every month in one go and I was assured that. But during last one and half year I have to make many journeys to get all medications on repeat prescription. The worst thing is... read full comment

Never got my perception in, this last time was told it be in next day, it wasn't, went back few days later still not got it in that had it for a week, said it was trouble with supply, told them to put it on the spine went to another chemist got it straight away asked them if issue with supply they said no, I'm a diabetic... read full comment
