Worst place to shop in ASDA Colne now. I have been facing price errors at check out for last over a week now. A few times i noticed after reaching home that the price was more on receipt than mentioned on the shelves. I reported to customer service desk last week but she told me that she couldn't refund me money that was charged higher than on shelves due to system error. About four days ago i tried self check till again i faced price error and was charged more price than displayed on shelves. The female staff at customer service desk was so rude and unprofessional wasn't prepared to listen to and acknowledge my complaint. Its so terrible and irritating think its time to switch supermarket now. Its not the same asda we used to love

Not unusual to see loads of empty shelves in Colne Asda, difficult to find a member of staff in the evening. Have an annoying habit of having incorrect prices on the goods ( although a member of staff sometimes corrects this at the till ) blooming awful smell as you enter the store coming from the animal killing factory right next door . Ive seen better stocked corner shops than this store .

Hi I just wanted to say people don?t buy any gift card in Asda because they gift card not working no refund and customer service is very low because they can?t help
I buy google gift card and gift card is not working and I go back to Asda and they guys told me they can?t help but they take your money

Nice staff very helpful but buying clothes jeans ect. For some reason theyve no changing room .so won't be buying clothes there anymore

Some of the staff (not all) are rude and ignorant. Standing at self checkout waiting for a member of staff while they continue to talk to their mates or other members of staff. They know you are waiting but just don't care.

Staff are bully's, rude and have a bad attitude. You complain - nothing gets done, just gets ignored. Disgraceful store !

The cafe here was awful. They advertised all day breakfast brunch and at 2pm only sausages left. Asked for meat feast pizza, none left. A workman was repairing something in the cafe, but was in the way. No where to properly dispose of your rubbish either. We won't go again.

On my last few visits there has been soo many empty shelves almost like the place is closing down.
The floor had bits of rubbish all over and looked unclean.
When you compare it to other local supermarkets, this stands out for the above.
