Google states it closes at 9pm, just been at 10 past 8 and it's closed, spoken to a sainsburys team member who said it shuts at 8. Very confusing.

Large store with plenty of parking. Multiple desks so queuing is minimal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to order online so that it's ready for you when you get there.

Ordered two packs of 50 Verbatim dvd-r's plus one other item.\\nArrived home and was going to put packs of dvds away in cupboard when noticed one pack looked fuller than the other. Upon checking, I found no seal on packaging like the other one, Verbatim cover label disc not on top of disc so decided to count the discs and found 3 discs missing. Am not amused. As I live 8 miles away, the cost of fuel to return to store would outweigh cost of discs. SHODDY SUPPLY OF GOODS I must say.

Poor service, I'm aware that there is a pandemic but they should not be selling goods if they can not refund, exchange or help to sort issues. Snr staff are shockingly rude if challenged. Save your self the hassle and use amazon.

We had been buying from this store for a long time but since this new manager started here, it's really unprofessional and rude behaviour she has with customer.

Had one hell of a problem just trying to return an item that was genuinely faulty at this store. The young girl who is the manager at this Colne store is extremely rude, obnoxious and unhelpful, she used completely unnecessary words and behaviour towards us when speaking to us, it was totally uncalled for. To say that she needs to learn some manners is an understatement, she's far too busy being full of her own self importance to show any politeness and courtesy. At the very least she needs retraining although she gives you the very strong impression that she doesn't like dealing with people/customers so she's obviously in the wrong job.Do yourself a favour Argos in Colne, Lancs. and get rid of her, she is most certainly not a positive representative in your stores! Won't be using this store again and would advise others to do the same.

Never had a issue with this store, staff are always friendly and helpful and explain any process with issues with products. Can't remember a time when I got refused. Would recommend no problem

Unfortunately I needed to return an item, however the manager would not only not take back the item they were rude and obstructive from the off. I regularly buy from Argos, needless to say I will no longer be buying anything given this attitude.

Excellent no waiting 5 working days before Christmas. Amazing
