I travelled a ten mile round trip to get to the store, only to find that shop had closed at 2pm! 2 staff were cleaning shelves and as it was only just gone 2pm I knocked on door. They completely ignored me! It should have been put up on website that they were closing early! A note on door is definitely not adequate.

Bought 3 packs of printing paper since they were on a 3 for 2 offer.. after i had paid and looked at the receipt i found that the price of the third pack was not knocked off fully (they were £8.99 each therefore should have not counted the third £8.99 as it was supposed to be a 3 for 2 offer, but instead only discounted... read full comment
