My daughter had her hair cut by Harriet a few weeks ago and she loved it! I can honestly say my experience was just as fab too! Harriet listens carefully to what you want and seems to instinctively know what will suit you. She is obviously very talented and I?ve already booked my next appointment. Jess and Fliss are so friendly and welcoming - as soon as you step into the salon it feels like you?re amongst old friends. Jess is considerate and really listens to you before starting your cut or colour. She takes her time and is incredibly good at what she does. I?ve visited the salon twice - once for a cut and more recently for a full balayage and cut and neither time have i been disappointed. The salon itself is clean and the products used smell great. Jess has made me feel amazing with my new hair and I'll definitely be returning. Thank you!

I?ve recently move to the area and was looking for a good hairdresser. I found ?The Loft? online and booked to have my hair cut and coloured by Jess yesterday - I am so pleased with both the colour and the hair cut and would highly recommend them. I decided to go for a lighter colour to lift the gloom of winter and to celebrate Christmas. Christa and I decided and went ahead. Once my hair was dry Christa asked me several times was I satisfied. She let me take my time with no influence. In the end I decided perhaps it didn't look as nice as I'd hoped. With no fuss Christa swept into action and added foils again to quickly tone the colour down. Success! I'm so happy now with the colour and cut. But..... Agh!!!..... Lockdown!!!! I was really nervous for my appointment and my hair is a complete hot mess to the point it's embarrassing! As soon as I met Oli he was very warm and friendly, he talked me through a few different things regarding my hair and answered my questions. He completely put my mind at ease and was honest about what we needed to do and what we can achieve in the first appointment. I am now looking forward to my hair appt in a few weeks to sort out this disaster on my head. Past experience with a hairdresser just before the pandemic happened, left me untrusting of hairdressers and scared to have my hair touched. I think the communication has been absolutely fab and I feel you definitely get what you pay for with your hair. I probably won't need to go to another salon again now. I'm sold on the way the Loft approach their clients and the results that your stylists achieve. 10/10 so far. Can't wait to write my next review after my transformation :D

Wanted to feel pampered and I absolutely did. Went in with neglected hair and came out feeling amazing!
