At the start of the autumn winter season how can one of Clitheroes main chemists not have COVID tests? When I asked if they knew where I could get them for my elderly vulnerable parents they suggested I could try a supermarket?! Fortunately the excellent reliable Peter Buckley across the road had plenty in store.

Don?t often comment on interactions with business but have to say had a really positive experience in the pharmacy. Was dealt with by a young blonde haired lady. So helpful and considerate. People should follow her lead. Exceptional patient care

Awful awful service. Left stuff out of my grandmother's blister pack then introduced charges for their incompetent staff members to do said blister packs, when people can't afford to pay up they simply stopped delivering compromising safety and then blamed my vulnerable grandmother who has memory issues. Will be writing to my MP and the GPhC about their terrible practices.
Avoid like the plague!

Phoned constantly for an hour no answer this is a very unprofessional pharmacy trying to find out wether a 5 days now
prescription has been done for an elderly disabled lady person collecting the prescription has to come from Accrington to collect for her left without angina medication this is disgusting as they have had the prescription for 6 days

They gave 1 bottle less of a controlled drug that I get and need as I am very ill. Terrible aisha. Abd aslo on the desk chased while across the street dragging her bk to the pharmacy saying when infact she was looking at items she purchased in that chemist. Wow.

Terrible terrible I ordered my prescription on the monday for same day delivery (as I do every month)They came no one was home fair enough.I then ordered for the Tuesday ?yeah that will be out for delivery today? never came I rang up today, hi yeah how come my prescription hasn?t come?Oh you missed the delivery on Monday? I say yes I know I rang on Tuesday to get it back out, it all goes quite I say hello and then the rude ** hung up and now I have to wait untill Tomorrow for medication I cannot go without for longer than 3 days

Appalling service and advice from Clitheroe pharmacy and the pharmacist, who did not supply enough antibiotic for my little girl and then proceeded to tell me it was fine for her to miss the last few doses and not finish the course when I called up to ask for more to complete the course. This was for my little girl was was very nearly admitted to the hospital for intravenous antibiotics. Appreciate there?s shortages of antibiotics at the moment but as a medical professional found this advice concerning. Will not be returning for help or advice in the future.
