They gave 1 bottle less of a controlled drug that I get and need as I am very ill. Terrible aisha. Abd aslo on the desk chased while across the street dragging her bk to the pharmacy saying when infact she was looking at items she purchased in that chemist. Wow.

Terrible terrible I ordered my prescription on the monday for same day delivery (as I do every month)They came no one was home fair enough.I then ordered for the Tuesday ?yeah that will be out for delivery today? never came I rang up today, hi yeah how come my prescription hasn?t come?Oh you missed the delivery on Monday? I say yes I know I rang on Tuesday to get it back out, it all goes quite I say hello and then the rude ** hung up and now I have to wait untill Tomorrow for medication I cannot go without for longer than 3 days

There were no prices on most items, happily sold me the wrong product and then didn't give me a receipt so I cant return it ??

Appalling service and advice from Clitheroe pharmacy and the pharmacist, who did not supply enough antibiotic for my little girl and then proceeded to tell me it was fine for her to miss the last few doses and not finish the course when I called up to ask for more to complete the course. This was for my little girl was was very nearly admitted to the hospital for intravenous antibiotics. Appreciate there?s shortages of antibiotics at the moment but as a medical professional found this advice concerning. Will not be returning for help or advice in the future.

Extremely rude and abrupt lady on the counter. I sympathise with the fact we all have bad days and things are crazy right now but this clearly is an ongoing issue with certain staff members? The medical centre had to end up giving me my prescription because the pharmacy wasn't working with them properly. If there's any friction between the medical centre and the pharmacies and prescriptions not being sent properly or whatever, this shouldn't be taken out on patients. I'm only writing a review in the hopes that someone will have a word and improve the service for others.

For 3 MONTHS in a row the pharmacy have not been able to provide me with my repeat prescription. They have now asked me to use a new app to order. 2 out of the 3 months I have had to get emergency prescriptions because of them, not acceptable.

Can't fault this pharmacy. From the very helpful girls on the counter to the pharmacist ringing me up to check if I'm doing OK on my new meds, I really appreciate that. Thankyou.

My 85 year old mother has been recieving medication packs from this pharmacy since before it changed hands. Every month there is an issue!!!! How can an elderly lady with heart failure be left without her heart medication and other important meds after numerous complaints with regard to the importance. It is detrimental that patients receive their packs on time. I intend to further this complaint at a much higher level. It is unacceptable and dangerous for a pharmacy to continue practicing with little regard for the consequences of missing deliveries of essential meds 0 stars is my honest score.

This chemist is the worst ever for letting people down! They have no opening times on the door, no one answering phone, no answerphone messages as to when they are open and the website says open when it clearly is not!! How people are meant to get their prescriptions I will never know! It's disgusting and uncalled for. A note on the door isn't that hard is it? Obviously no respect for their customers!

Had a great experience at this pharmacy recently. I went in on the off chance to speak to the pharmacist about the COPD condition of a loved one. The staff member at the counter was really warm and welcoming and when I asked if I could have a quick chat with the pharmacist she took me straight through to the private consultation room.The Pharmacist/ Manager took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions without rushing me. He provided me with helpful and detailed information that really helped reassure me and put my mind at rest. He was also nice and friendly. It's good to know that there is such a good service locally. Definitely recommend.

I'm not sure how a working person is supposed to collect a prescription from a pharmacy that closes at 1800 most nights and at 1300 on a Saturday, perhaps I'm supposed to take a day off once a month to collect it? Well they say closed at 1800 but it really means 1745. But I suppose it's a business and not intended to be a public good anymore, like most things...
