Staff too busy talking and not consecrating on self service, and when they did they served everyone who was after me. I was waiting ages so I walked out.

It's a decent small Tesco Store. Reasonable amount of stock however the variety of brands is limited. Only one ATM machine outside as well and not always working which can cause problems. Very cramped car park.

Poor hygiene standards from this tesco store.NO CLEAN RUNNING WATER IN THE TOILTS,or even in the store I was told today.lots people using the toilets and no water to clean themselves.lots of people walking out the toilets not being able to wash themselves.i even seen one guy picking fresh fruit up and put it bk after coming out the toilet.staff wasn't bothered when I asked it was like too much bother. Hygiene in food supermarket should be no1 priority.you lot just didnt care.

Just moved to area to discover very poor selection of organic anything. However had a chat with Manager who was on the floor. Unusual they are usually hiding somewhere. He was very interested to know of my disappointment in the lack of organic produce. He took of list of my regular buys and said he would do his best to get them in. Thank you Paul.

With few exceptions, the self-service checkout staff are creepy. They hover near me when I checkout, and don't act friendly.

All of the employees were sat around chatting to each other and on their phones in one big group blocking the isles, which Is fine but as i and others had to ask several of them to move to reach the item I needed one of them gave me a horrible look like I had done something wrong while buying your products! Ruined mine and my husbands day I will NOT be returning. Such a shame as this is the only Tesco near me but sinsburys will not subject me to this judgment.

Customer service is absolutely awful. The woman at the till didn't acknowledge me AT ALL. Continued nattering to another staff member whilst scanning the items. No, hello, no, thank you, no bye. Didn't even ask for my club card. Nothing. Just kept chatting away. That's very rude, DEB!! If you're working on the till at least have a tiny bit of decency to greet your customer!

Fabulous example of a little Tesco, Friendly staff and well stocked shelves. A lovely encounter on the checkouts and self-service with a lady called Pam who went to above and beyond to help me at the end of her shift today - reminded me we should give more praise where it is due.
