I came into this store today Sunday 4/10/24.. 3 members of staff working on delivery for just eat stood in the queue of two people for almost 15 minutes before getting served and then waited another 10 minutes for 3 six Inch sandwiches to be made at no point did anyone give me a good customer experience I will never use this store again two out of 4 tables were dirty and customers were just walking out as the staff were so very slow

Staff here are so friendly and helpful. I use the take away service and go in with my mum. My mum is in a wheelchair and they help bring drinks to the table, they will cut the sandwich in a way that helps my mum eat it. The staff are engaging and helpful

I came to subway for a quick snack with my good friend? i?ve never been met with greater service than i was today! I asked for the young attractive man?s name to write a positive review on his delightful attitude towards his work and customers? this man deserves plenty more hours as he is a huge attraction to the establishment and definately free cookies for life. I noticed that the young man is religious and adding onto that it seems that there is no halal food options within subway which i believe needs to be fixed to provide a more inclusive experience. Very good, when it's open, but why bother putting opening times on website if you are not going to adhere to them.I have many times been , only to find its closed early.... today it was just after 3:30 and it was all shut up and gone and they dont open till late....very annoying when you travel a couple of miles.If you are closing early take your opening times down.RIDICULOUS

I simply asked for some salad on my nachos and the manager said I wasn't allowed it. I told her that I had it before and she said "not here" and I said I had and asked if she was calling me a liar, to which she answered "yes, you are lying". I said I not longer wanted the nachos and carried on with the sandwich order. She said I was allowed the salad this one time, I said I wasn't interested now and she could have them. She gave me such attitude and ended up chucking my sandwich across the shop at her staff and told me to get out. Utter disgusting behaviour from a so called manager. I think subway should think hard about having such a disgusting person running this shop and I've heard that she is rude to other customers too. Utterly ridiculous and I will not be using this shop again, especially when there was wonderful staff at the subway at barrowbrook only just down the road, they couldn't have been more opposite to this woman. I felt sorry for her staff as she obviously treats them like dirt on the bottom of her shoe. I think she needs to get a job that isn't customer facing as its obviously not for her. All this because she wanted to, what, save on a tiny bit of salad - how sad!

Sandwich was excellent?.eventually.!! Chose beef but wasn?t told it had peppers in.! I have an allergy. Felt very rushed even though I was the only person in the shop. Not a good experience.!! Won?t bother going to the clitheroe subway again.

Quite possibly one of the most expensive subways I've ever bought. £6.50 for a 6-in a packet of crisps and a drink. Ridiculous.Don't have this, don't have that... Bottles only ?Do yourself a favour, there are some great little takeaways just down the road and it will only cost you a pound or two more.
